Modern FUE hair transplantation involves the removal of individual hair roots (follicular units) directly from the back of the head before they are subsequently transplanted to the desired locations. These roots consist of about one to four hairs each. Thanks to the latest technology, we transplant (shaved or unshaved) your hair to a natural look. Hair transplant consultation includes a thorough hair analysis and medical history for the reason of hair loss. Therefore, you should allow at least 1 hour. It is best to bring all the questions you have about hair transplantation. Our specialists will take the time to answer all your questions.

On the day of hair transplantation you will have another opportunity to discuss everything with our team. The future hairline can be adjusted again and will be decided finally.
Marking
After you have decided on your hairline, it is marked. Now you can see for the first time to where the hair will be inserted.
Shave hair (optional – also possible without shaving)
For an optimal result and treatment without complications, the FUE method requires shaving to the length of about 1-2mm.
Local anesthesia
Before harvesting in the donor area, it is anesthetized with local anesthesia. The recipient zone is not anesthetized until the collection is complete. If, on request, the hair transplantation is to be performed in twilight sleep, this will already be determined during the consultation.
Removal of the follicles
Once the local anesthetic has numbed the donor area, our team will begin harvesting(1) the hair follicles(2). The roots are sorted into 1-hair roots, 2-hair roots and 3-hair roots(3), this supports precision in later planting.
Lunch break
Since in some cases the hair transplantation takes a whole day, there is of course a lunch break during which we will provide you with lunch according to your wishes.
Insertion of the hair follicles
The harvested hair follicles are processed and subsequently transplanted into the recipient area.
During treatment
Since they lie on their backs when inserted into the receiver zone, you can relax and watch your favorite series on Netflix on the Guest Entertainment.
3. aftercare
After the successful hair transplantation in Gentlemen’s Clinic you can go home again. The first control takes place after one month. If you have no further complaints or concerns in the interim, you will return for follow-up visits at 3, 6 and 12 months respectively.
FUE is painless
Local anesthesia is sufficient for the exceptionally painless FUE hair transplantation. Guests can return home the same day after The Gentlemen’s Clinic team has provided detailed instruction on precautions and care.
FUE healing
After the procedure, small crusts form at the implantation sites in the recipient region, which fall off after a few days. The removal sites also heal quickly.
Visibility of the FUE
Usually, after 2 weeks, the extraction sites are barely visible and the transplanted hair follicles are fully attached.
FUE growth
Now the hair already shows visible growth again, although it may happen that part of it falls out again in the following weeks. The transplanted hair roots, however, remain anchored in the scalp with their stem cells and produce hair again in the usual growth cycle after 3 to 4 months – for life.
FUE result
The final result of own hair transplantation can only be assessed after a growth period of at least 12 months. At this time, the final follow-up takes place, during which finally the before and after pictures essential in hair transplantation are taken.
