Penis Thickening (Thickening LPS)
Many men wish to have a larger penis girth. Penile thickening – also called Thickening LPS – can increase the circumference of the penis by 1-2 centimeters (or even more) by transplanting filler material. Male intimate surgery: penile thickening (Thickening LPS) allows for an increase in girth of about 1-2 centimeters or even more, depending on the adherence of the graft as well as the number of treatments performed. Over several continuous sessions, the circumference can be increased by up to 5 centimeters.

You should expect a consultation for penis thickening to take about 45 minutes. Since the procedure involves several elements, each step must be thoroughly discussed. At the same time you have the opportunity to ask all the questions to which you do not have answers so far.

Option 1
Fat extraction
First, fat is removed from either the thigh or abdomen, which is later re-injected.
Preparation of the fat
Before the injection of the removed fat tissue, it is specially prepared.
Insertion
With a minimal puncture that does not even require a suture later, the surgeon gains access to the area where the processed fat is injected.
Option 2
Injection with hyaluronic acid
An alternative to thickening with the patient’s own fat is treatment with hyaluronic acid.
In this case, fat removal is not necessary because the fillers are injected directly. Unlike option 1, this process must be repeated every 12-16 months as the body breaks down the hyaluronic acid.
Wake-up phase
After the procedure is successful, you will wake up slowly and relaxed from the twilight sleep.
3. aftercare
After only one week, the surgeon who performed the penis thickening will check the healing and the result. Further control appointments will then take place after 3 weeks, 3 months and finally after 6 months.
